I first used a program called Miro to make a persona.
At first, the program was not familiar, so it was a little awkward to set up the templates, use photos, and use a sticky note. But after using it a little more, I thought the mouse control was similar to the Adobe programs (in my standards), and the biggest advantage of the program is that there are many templates (also, they seem to be designed in an easy-to-see structure), and another advantage is a sticky note. It's really so comfortable and exclusive. Another advantage is that when I share my template, if I set it up for others to edit, people who see my template can edit it as they wish. You can also leave a comment.
If you connect a program called Splash, you can use the photos for free at any time.
The persona I set up is a 35-year-old woman named Lily. She works as a director at an advertising company. She has two children, but she's been too busy with her work.
She hasn't been sleeping well lately, so she's changed her bed on the Tempur and has been able to sleep well ever since. So she became interested in furniture.
A few days later, she found Tempur looking for an advertising company to make a new bed ad, she asks Temper Inc. She gets an advertising contract.
The company's request was as follows.
I'd like to make an advertisement for a newly designed mattress.
I hope the company's logo will be embedded in the consumer's perception through this advertisement.
I hope you induce more consumer to spend our products.
She pondered. How did she end up changing beds? Because she hasn't been able to sleep well recently.
So she learned how much the bed affects sleep and daily life. She also realized how much the mattress on the bed affected the sleep.
She thinks she'll make an advertisement with those two frameworks.
But before that, she plans to investigate because I want to know people's thoughts first.
She also wants to find a design reference that fits the image and colour of the Tempur.
As mentioned earlier, she is an advertising director and a mum has two children. There are too many things she has to do. So she tries to find someone who can help her job.
She looks at some portfolios of research capabilities and plans based on that research and also to see the final result of the plan.
I tried to be Lily myself while making the Pasona. I'm having a busy day, and I want to work with someone who can help me a little more effectively. Effective help is the highest efficiency in time. However, it is important that a plan, not a fantasy plan, directly affects the final outcome.
The designer found that the final project was not just done properly, but rather started with pre-work.
